Sometimes the challenge isn't remembering to hit record - it's remembering to hit stop. If you've left a recording running while heading out for lunch or drifting into a private conversation, you may want to clean up the transcript before generating an output or sharing the recording.

How to remove a section from your transcript

1. Go to your 'Conversation Library' in the left-hand panel.

2. Click into the conversation you'd like to edit.

3. Click the A icon at the top of the transcript.

4. Click 'Edit Transcript'.

5. Select the portion of text you'd like to remove.

6. Press Backspace to delete it.

7. Click the Confirm button to save your changes.
