How to Download a Conversation's Original Audio File

From a Module

In any of the three module, click the "Choose a Recording" dropdown menu. Select the desired recording, or start typing to search for it. Clicking on a recording title will take you directly to the conversation view. Alternatively, click "View details" in the dropdown to access the Conversation Management page for that recording.

From the Conversation Library

Navigate to the "Conversations" tab in the left-hand menu. This opens your Conversation Library, displaying all your saved conversations. Locate the conversation you want to edit, click the "three dots" under "Action", and select "Edit Conversation"

Download Audio

Click "Download Audio", you will then be taken to an audio player. Click the three horizontal dots and select "Download"
